LARRY: Welcome to Something More. This is your host, Larry Sparks. In Luke chapter 4, when Jesus came onto the scene and began His earthly ministry, one of the first things He said was, The Spirit of the Lord God is upon Me, because He has anointed Me., and one of the things that He anointed Jesus to do was set captives free. And I’ve got good news for you: You have been anointed by the same Holy Spirit. You didn’t’ get a downgrade; you did not get a downgraded Holy Spirit. The same Spirit that raised Jesus from the dead lives inside of you, and I believe He has anointed you to set captives free, heal the sick, and walk in supernatural power. And my guest today, Donna Schambach with her own eyes has seen the power of God move in amazing supernatural ways. I would consider her to be somebody who is an apprentice or a student of the anointing.
DONNA: Yes.
LARRY: So Donna, what a joy to have you in the program today!
DONNA: It’s my honor to be with you Larry!
LARRY: Donna, just tell us, just for a couple of minutes, what did you see God do, because again, you worked with your dad side-by-side, R.W. Schambach, who was such a powerful healing evangelist; an evangelist who saw so many souls saved and captives set free. What did you learn about from him about the anointing of God?
DONNA: Well you know my whole life has been a school in the anointing. The year I was born he joined A.A. Allen, so my life actually began under a tent.
LARRY: Wow.
DONNA: where great miracles were taking place in The Voice of Healing era. And then of course my dad would take us with us in the him in the summertime; we’d be with him under those tents. And I have seen countless people healed: Blind eyes opened, deaf ears; I can’t I can’t even number the amount of dear ears that.
LARRY: Wow.
DONNA: were opened. I’ve seen so many people come out of wheelchairs that were bound could or crippled that couldn’t walk; cancers, tumors that disappeared.
LARRY: Mm.
DONNA: One of the things that touched my heart so greatly is we went into the inner cities a lot, and I saw HUNDREDS upon hundreds of people who were INSTANTLY delivered from drug addiction.
LARRY: Yes.
DONNA: alcoholism. And of course, I can’t count the hundreds of thousands of people who answered the altar calls.
LARRY: Yeah.
LARRY: and gave their hearts to the Lord Jesus Christ.
LARRY: Well and Donna, what I want to talk today specifically is. there’s not necessarily a difference, but knowing how to minister out of the anointing, or knowing how to minister out of authority. And today specifically in this segment, I want to talk about the anointing, because sometimes, as you have seen in your ministry and your dad’s ministry, there are times where, I don’t know how else to say it, except ministry is effortless, because the glory and the manifest presence of God is there.
DONNA: Absolutely.
